SERVICES PERFORMED:

-Organize, prepare and display all property for sale.
-Professionally manage all aspects of sale.
-Be responsible for all advertising prior to the auction.
-Furnish, all personnel and services necessary to conduct
the sale, clerk the sale, account for all monies received and
assume responsibility for collection of any bad checks.
-Commission percentage is negotiable according to size and 
value of sale. -We can provide the auction location for the sale, 
or conduct the auction on site. -For the benefit of the heirs of 
an estate, we can liquidate the contents of the home and sell the 
real estate as we are licensed in real estate. -We offer full 
personal property appraisal service.
