57 years as a full-service auctioneer.  Auctions I have conducted include: Complete estate sales, antique sales, Internal Revenue Sales, SBA auctions, bank repossessions, equipment sales, furniture auctions, bankruptcy sales, machinery and tool sales, real estate auctions, car auctions, Christmas sales, benefits, fund raising auctions, storage shed sales and liquidations.

 

The dollar range of the auctions with which I have been affiliated range from $100 to $3,500,000.  Additionally, for the past 40 years, I have also conducted monthly estate auctions & weekly consignment auctions

Born in Ogden, Utah, June 5, 1939.

Graduated from Ogden High School in 1956.

Military: US Air Force, honorable discharge in 1959.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

• Commission percentage is negotiable according to size and value of sale.

• We can provide the auction location  for the sale, or conduct the auction on  site.

• For the benefit of the heirs of an estate, we can liquidate the contents of the home and sell the real estate.
